Our TeamNeil Havers, Senior Designer Neil is a Graphic Design Graduate of Winnipeg, Manitoba’s Red River Community College and has been involved in the industry since 1976. Having worked in Winnipeg, Edmonton and Victoria he finally settled in Courtenay, BC and started Havers Design in 1985. As Senior Designer he is involved in all projects at Havers Design. His broad base of knowledge allows him to work comfortably in all aspects of design, photography, web and print production. Michelle Gjerde, Production Designer Michelle assists primarily on magazine publication projects, coordinating advertising creative, content management as well as working on logo design and brochure production. Andy MacDougall, Writer Andy matches the words to the images. Donna Derrien, Web Programmer Donna is a graduate of North Island College Computer Science diploma program, and has been building websites for 14 years. She ensures that each website is user friendly and optimized for the search engines. Deb Roberts, Management Deb keeps everything running smoothly, allowing Neil and crew to concentrate on the creative side of the business. Her responsibilities include business management and accounting.
