Mount Washington Alpine Resort This year round resort located above the Comox Valley, boasts some of the deepest snowfalls in North America in the winter, ideal for alpine and cross-country skiing and snowboarding. In the summer ride the chairlift to a mile above sea level and take in the stunning views of the islands in the Strait of Georgia, Vancouver Island’s Beaufort Mountain Range and the Coastal Mountain Range.
